Membership is open to active duty, former, retired, and National Guard and Reserve commissioned and warrant officers of the uniformed services and their surviving spouses.

The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) is the country’s leading organization protecting the rights of military servicemembers and their families. Those who belong to MOAA not only lend their voices to a greater cause, but they also gain access to extensive benefits tailored to the needs and lifestyles of military officers. You are eligible for membership in MOAA if you have ever held a commission or a warrant in any of the following uniformed services

US Army
US Air Force
US Marine Corps
US Navy
US Coast Guard
US Space Force
US Public Health Service
NOAA Corps
National Guard
The Reserves

Membership Fees

Chapter dues are $30 per year and are due on or before January 1st of each year. For new members, dues are prorated quarterly. If one joins NACMOAA in the first quarter dues are $30. In the second quarter they are $25. In the third quarter they are $20. If one joins in the fourth quarter dues are $30 but that covers the fourth quarter plus the succeeding entire year. Dues for Surviving Spouse Members are $5 per year.
